I have a TOAD alarm fitted to the touring, but I have no documentation for it, nor do I have any idea what it is, the keyfob is a purple and black carbonfibre looking thing with 2 yellow buttons.. does anyone have any idea what model it might be, it ain't that new..
I am trying to find out so I can tie it to the central locking and possibly the windows/sunroof (total closure type thing) There are a load of 'spare' wires hanging from the main unit so I assume they can be used for something, need model, then need docs for it.
cheers guys
Just on the alarm thing..

Got a copy of Toad alarm wiring on CD. Model no should be on underside of main unit. If you can ID your unit I can email appropriate wiring diagram.

Ok, got the wiring diagram for the alarm:
http://www.markdun.plus.com/pete/toad101.GIF
And I have verified the wires are there and not connected to bugger all.
I tried putting a meter on the lines and blipping the alarm to see what they did but I think it is too fast for the Ԛ£10 wonder to catch it.
So what wires do I need to use, what the hell does Lock NO and Lock NC mean ffs?
Help greatly needed and appreciated guys!

Open and closed between what?
So NC should be closed between it and COM I assume, same for NO. It's not between ground anyway which is what I need.. maybe there is a reason these are not connected. I suppose I could put a relay in to give me a ground connection..

ok sorted, the NO connects to COM when the fob is pressed, so connecting COM to gnd and the NO lines to the central locking should achive the correct result.
SORTED!
Works a treat, ended up using the wires behind the drivers speaker.
