My 316 touring has 2 very odd problems.
First of all my temperature gauge. Once i turn the ignition on it shoots right up to past the red and sticks there and after a long time will drop down to the temperature but wont show above quarter. Any ideas? Checked coolant, and it happens when the car is cold and warm.
Secondly the drivers door will not lock and the central locking wont work from it. However the passenger does all. I have had the door trim off, barrel out and the lock works aswell as the contacts on the locking when i push the button down work. If i shut the door and press it it also works. But when i put it all back together it doesnt work again :S
