Sure can mate but you'll need to play with the wiring becuase the connections are different.

Shouldn't be too bad, you'll jut need to get some new connectors from the dealer so that you can connect the later style lights up. Alternatively you could cut the old connectors off a breaker car but they usually go brittle over time.
