Hi,

I get a odd shake through the steering wheel at about 100 mph. Its not a shake when you have a unbalanced wheel as the wheel goes up and down instead of side to side. I suspect it could be the rack rod ends where they bolt to the rack but doesnt seem to be anything obvious....

I have brand new control arms and m3 lollipop bushes and E36 rack fitted but used the track rods that were on that.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I'd agree, I had this problem on a previous car I had left sitting for a few weeks. If they are perfectly good tyres treadwise, I wouldn't worry too much - I'd be more concerned at getting caught at a licence losing speed.

It's probably your passenger - if you've got white dials check if his knuckles are the same colour winkeye winkeye
As I get older I realize that you can't please everyone - pissing everybody off is however a piece of cake
