Hm, don't know exactly, check if it goes on the throttle position sensor.

If it's in that area, and it's not the ICV or TPS, it could be an empty plug on the loom that used to control the fuel vapour switch (runs to the carbon canister on lambda-equipped cars.)

More important than the plug is to ensure that the tapping into the inlet manifold associated with it is properly blanked off.
