Just changed the water pump on my 318i and flushed the cooling system.

What coolant would you recommend?

GSF Premixed ? BMW Coolant? etc

Thanks in advance,
Sharknose

Real freaks will only use BMW coolant, as the phosphates in other coolants are said to eat the head gasket and rad, amongst other aluminium things.

That said, my mechanic (BMW specialist) just uses some local brand phosphate-free coolant without any problems, so I think you'll be fine with anything that doesn't contain phosphates.
