tight fisted friend has a 320 e36. 93.
engine is fucked and he has asked me to sell him my spare 325i engine that is in a 87. i am assuming intake manifolds are differernt.
is it possible without having to go to extremes to fit this to the car?
thanks in advance.
ps am i right in saying the 325i engine is an m20?

He should just buy a direct replacment if he wants to be cheap. No one really values the M20 or M50 B20 engines as most people upgrade to a B25.

Imho a good M20B25 is worth just as much or more than a M50B20.

Have a look on flea bay they are always on there

What does he want to give you for your engine, and what would it cost to replace your head if you ever needed to???

Also an E36 with an M20 would be worth peanuts Imo
