noise

Have a big problem, when in reverse, 1st or second im getting a feeling
through the gear stick which feels like its touching the prop shaft and a
metal on spinning metal sound but only with movment, I know its
impossible to touch the prop shaft, its not the exaust or the heat shield..

Sounds like the very common worn gear lever linkage, allowing the lever to foul the cosole.
Linkage wears worst at the gearbox end, but the design has been modified. You will need the piece that fits on the gearbox selector shaft and the linkage, and if you are unlucky, a gearlever as well.
