I would like to remove my board computer with german text and install one with english text instead.
But how do I dismount the board computer from the E30 dashboard?

You don't need to change the OBC - just change the language!. Instructions are on this forum somewhere -do a search.

I am talking about the language printed on the OBC buttons. - You can not change that in any menu.

You need to drop down the heater panel.
You will find it easier to remove the radio & cage first...

If you remove the radio and it's cage, the access panel on the right of the glovebox, and the hazard light switch, and have reasonably small hands, you can just get a nut spinner on to the four small brass nuts that hold the unit in place.
Left hand two are completely blind, and it's just a matter of probing around with the nut spinner untill it goes on the nuts.
Right hand two, you can justsee a bit of what is happening through the hazard light switch hole.
