engine or gearbox of pw steering rack

can anyone give me an idea on my problem with my motorsport conv : 1st when ever i have the car in sport mode and am driving for a sustained period of 100mph smoke pours out from underneath the car now there was a leak in the gearbox but the gearbox place has had a look and changed the sump gasket and breather o ring. 2nd the power steering leeks like a sieve but ive just aquired a new rack, not yet fitted. 3rd the head gasket at the rear of the head is leaking oil you can see the oil trace any ideas on this please

No idea on the gearbox, unless it forces out oil which then gets on the exhaust.
Steering rack leak is common, and cure is a replacement rack. Make sure you flush out the old fluid properly from the system, and if at any time your steering fluid isn't a nice shade of red, then change it.
Oil leak - It is a M20, and if you can get it down to one minor leak, then you're doing well.
Most common source of oil leak at the rear top of the engine, is one of the D shape rubber bungs that blank off the hole in the head where you slide in the rocker shafts. Remove rocker cover to get at them.
