Is dinatrol compatible with waxoyl?

Is it possible to spray waxoyl on an area previously treated with waxoyl? For example, if waxoyl has a lower melting point than dinatrol, would you get a situation in hot weather where the old waxoyl would melt under the dinatrol coating ending with a skin of dinatrol floating about?

ive got that oily shit under there at the mo 
i dont like it , its called Tectyl or summin, good stuff apparently but it never dries , ever. so every time i get under the car .... fcuked!
