Quick question on springs

Need technical Q/A then you're in the right place

Gonna get either Apex or Chassis Dynamics springs for the 318 E30 both around a 55-60mm drop, but as im putting the 323 engine in should i put the 323 suspension on and get 323 springs or do you think the 318 shocks will be fine with 318 springs

i thought that but wont the back be to high considering ive stripped it anyway?

I would assume that the rear springs would be the same, only the front being different.. (only an assumption though!!)
