electric windows and sunroof have packed up i have checked fuses, its on a 89 tech2 sport

Have you tried them with the ignition off and the doors open, or just with doors closed and ignition on? They are controlled by different relays and/or fuses in these two modes as far as I know.
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is
