my no 10 fuse keeps blowing!all the gauges including the fuel,temp and rev clock including my heater all go off but i still have my speedo working!is it the speedo clock on the blink or is it someting different!its a 1990 325i sport!

THis sounds like something to do with your S.I (service indicator) board. All the dials that you mention are affected/affect it, the speedo does not.

Firstly open it all up and give the circuit board and bit of a vacuum to get ride of any dust. Then check the wiring for splits/ tears etc. Clean the connectors with contact cleaner. Put it all back to gether and see if it makes any difference.

If not then you may have to either replace the board, can get one from a scrappy or replace the battreys if you o.k with a soldering iron.

The SI board causes many and varied faults on an E30, but blowing fuse 10 is not one of them.
Pull up your gear lever gaiter, and sitting in the area now revealed you will find a 2 pin plug and socket to the right of the gear lever. Wires are blue/white and green/white,IIRC.
Unplug this and see if the fuse blowing goes away. If it does, the wiring to your reverse light switch on the gearbox under the car is probably shorting to the metalwork.
