hello people.can anyone help.got my car out of garage for a run,this is weekly thing.driving along feels like handbrake on. can smell brake linings,gets out chucks water through each wheel,nothing at rear but drivers side front loads of steam.what is this likely to be.brakes were good before.the car is 325 touring with abs 89..would appreciate any replies.........

possible a siezed caliper? is the caliper sliding freely back and forward on the carrier?

no idea at moment just wanted to limp home.ive got discs all round and theres no fluid loss anywhere .whats involved in checking if its siezed. and if it is how to fix...

Wheel off, caliper off (two bolts), you'll soon notice if the slide bolts have siezed up.
