1997 Z3 knob on E30

Does a 1997 Z3 gear knob (genuine) fit properly on a standard E30 gear lever? Im thinking of buying one to replace the fake momo thing im using now. Would really apreciate anyone who can give me a quick yes or no

The actual gearstick is interchangable with the E30 so i would think the knob fits as well.

Oh of course it is, the Z3 stick is used in the short shift conversion.
