Rear door panel kicked in

Some one on friday night decided to kick in my back door. i'll kill em

Its quite a big dent but it seems not to be that bad, does any one know how to take the inside door panel out so i can boot it back into the right place or is this not wise!

Please help i hate seeing my motor looking sorry for itself!!

I posted yesterday how to take a door panel off, so do a search for "door panel" and my username.
A big rubber sucker on the ouside may do the trick, but it's unlikely to look quite like it did before.
May be worth pricing up a second hand door in the right colour, or seeing what one of the paintless dent removal outfits says.
