Can these be replaced, or do have to buy a new wish bone???

They can be replaced, but it needs the use of a hydraulic press.
Complete arms aren't that expensive from GSF or Eurocarparts, so the economics of doing so are a bit iffy.
Only real advantage is that you don't have to change the rear bush if it is nearly new, or an M3 type.

Yes the arms are with the balljoint, they don't include the rear wishbone bracket or bush though.

Balljoint itself is about Ԛ£15, whole arm is about Ԛ£45, replacing both balljoints.
