Single arm wipers

Anyone fitted one of these,and are they any good,seen a few on e-bay,is it worth it ? after that touring car look.......lol

i was thinking the same, they look pretty cool, though i think somewhere i read that if you leave the wiper in the centre of the windscreen its an mot failure

I've had one before, (not on e30)... I hated it... it was horrible, worst thing I ever did, if you leave the hole for the other wiper your alright, as you can go back, but I didn't!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm making my own... had two motor arms modified to increase the length of the stroke (oo-er) - but now got to modify the mechanism to delete the other un-used spindle...
