I have bought new clear lense indicator units from E-bay. Do I have to remove the front bumper to fit them as I was feeling around for screw heads at the back and it seems to be blocked. Anyone changed them before?

are you talking about the lenses or the whole units?
the lense face just unscrews with two philips screw heads!
and then u can swap the bulb for an orange one

i think he means units
drop out the bumper, carefull not to snap the wires to the ind. units
unclip wires, 2 bolts, 6 /8 mm loosen
undo front lenses, so u can push from inside, and pop those badboys out!

I wish it was just the lenses but its the full unit, Ill try the front bumper and see.

Monsport... you actually got an M3? If not, then the M3 indicator units won't fit a 'normal' E30...
To replace the reflector units, you have to drop the bumper. A real pain!
