A few dumb qestions

Hi forgive the dumb question but im a newbie got a 91 316i and im planning to give the old girl a service firstly do i need to order a new copper washer for the sump plug not had a look at the sump so dont know if its got one or not

secondly as its done 155+ change miles its got service history so been looked after do i use 10/40 semi or fully synthetic oil
by the way it hasnt used a drop since i bought her in june last yr

thirdly where is the fuel filter located
again sorry for the lame questions

New copper washer would be a good idea.I use 10/40oil in both of my E30's.Fuel filter should be hiding just forward of the n/s rear wheel.

fuel filter will probs be under the bonnet on the pass side inner wing near the bulk head.
it's a four pot.semi synth is what i use.
