Sticky windows

and not cos i been doing anything naughty

seriously my windows are "slow" and uneven.

the passenger is the worst and barely goes back up even with "help".

the drivers nearly makes it but not quite.

is this down to

a: gummed up runners

b: worn motor

c: both

bearing in mind the car has stood for about 9 months

I'd say a bit of both...

Try removing the doorcards and oiling any moving parts you can access, being careful as to what you are spraying as oil is a pain to remove from the windows!
