Anyone know what the diff oil is for E30 M3 LSD? Everywhere I go says refer to manual, which I don't have.

Probably the same for all the BMW limited slip diffs.

Ask your dealer for it, they have oil for LSDs, probably Redline 75W-90 Gearoil.

Or you can use Castrol SAF-XLS which is designed for LSDs as-well.

Or you could ask the 'oilman'

the stuff you need to use is castrol xj.

Sorry yes, Castrol XJ is the stuff, XLS is the older stuff that XJ replaced
