318is oil leak,help

hi all,how much oil leakage do u think it would take to be a major problem?just got car and theres a leak from somewhere down to sump plug area?any ideas?if car is sitting running,bout 2/3 drops after couple of mins.cheers guys

When i brought my 318iS, there was a oil leak which was caused by the bolt on the oil filter being damaged. It sprayed oil everywhere. The owner changed the copper washer and it solved the leak
