how do you get the coolent light off of the check board.

hi i have a 1990 6 cylinder bmw 320i and i have topped the coolent up and the light is always on. i keep wondering how can you put this light off i've cleaned the expansion tank sensor and the blue connector next to the brown on at the the thermostat.


could you please tell me how to put the light off

get the new sensor or short this one :D

i changed my coolant sensor and job done the lights gone off. bought it for about £11 from euro car parts, rang the nearest branch up from me and they had it in stock . :cool:
