Hey all,
At some point the previous owner of my car removed the worn driver's side sport seat and bolted in an almost new passenger side seat. The match looks perfect, but of course all the adjustment knobs on the base are against the transmission tunnel, which is a bit inconvenient.
Is it possible to just pull off the seat cushions (which are in great shape) and attach them to a proper driver's side seat chassis? Thanks!

in one word yes
bit fiddly doing the base but can be done you have to strip either the mechanism from a properseat or change the matching cloth over to the good seat when you take a good look it will all become apparent how to do it Daz
