schnitzer exhaust?

i would like an ac schnitzer back box for my E30 318i but i cannot find one anywhere does any1 know where i could find a genuine one or a lookylikey? secondly my mate reckons that an irmscher back box for a vectra would fit with a little messin and add a subtle bit of noise if i opened it up and welded staight thru sections inside and re-packed the inside is this true any help would b much appreciated!!!!
