firstly your CO is 0.12, and the HC being high means, to me at least that the mix is lean as hell, not enough fuel to properly combust hence the high HC readings
are you sure you have a cat equipped iS, most were cat ready but never had one fitted
have a look at your airflow meter dude, if it has the trim pot ajusting screw next to the electrical connector, get the idle CO put up to 0.3 and see what the state of the HC is
leads will be fine, not changed any yet, plenty of coil packs though ( missfire)
if your car is due a fresh dose of oil the crankcase breather can push the HC high simply because the oil is contaminated with unburnt fuel from cold starts etc
get the full emission sheet and post up all the readings dude, before you spend a fortune !
