Hi everyone, i have a cherry bomb on my renault 5 and its not to loud or big. But thats only a 1.4 engine and a short exhaust.
I was wondering if a 1.8 would act different with one on, i mean, i know its gonna be loud, but would it just pop all the time. Cus its the only exhaust i can see that would fit the hole perfectly
Thanks
Mark

Cherry bombs, are they not just for the saxo crew?
E34 x 1 - V8 + lots of CF
E30 x 2 - Tourings (1 x M50, 1 x M40)
RS6 C5 - Stage 1 remap - 500bhp

I always thought they only really went with minis and renault 5's. I really want a dtm upturned style one, but im a cheapscate and dont wanna pay more than bout £40, theres a couple i like on ebay, but i dopnt wanna chop up my valance. And the one i got on the 5 fits in the hold like a glove.
So its just gonna bang and generally create noise then. Ill have to think about this :D

personaly what i would do (this is if ur handy with a welder) take the cat out take the back box out put cherry bomb in :D = verrrrry loud.
or keep ur cat in itll be quieter, or if youve already got no cat then weld another chery bomb in where the cat was and it wont be stupid loud but folks will know your comeing and itll sound mental

i dont have a cat but i do have a resonator, i wanna weld a tube inside it to bypass it instead of cutting it off and having to mess with putting the connecting part back on. then put the cherry bomb on. (when i say im going to do this, i mean my dad can weld it for me :D)
