Brake Pipe Unions - Thread?

I'm needing to replace a brake pipe on the E30 this weekend, before i start i'm trying to find out what kinda unions it uses and what flares i need to put on the end of the pipe so i can make sure ive got all the right bits before i start!

Any info on the thread of the pipe ends and the type of flares used would be excellent.
