Does anyone know if an M3 diff is a straight swap into a 320 Cab?
It will be part of my M50 swap if it does.
Cheers

The E30 M3 dif fits no probs.

Which gear box are you using with it ?

I think I'll be using an E36 box because it looks like the better option.
If I can't get the M3 box at the right price, I'll have to try & find either an E28 3.45:1 lsd or an E30 one that's close to the same ratio.

I think Will's old M50 powered E30 used the E36/9(?) 1:1 ratio 5th gear gear box with an 3.25 M3 LSD.

Yeah, I'm sure his had an E36 box (could be wrong though).
Biggest problem is finding a half decent lsd diff to replace the 4.1:1 wrongness that's currently fitted and allow me to pull away from a standstill in 1st instead of 3rd gear!!!!! :D
