Just had my rear M-Tech 2 bumper put back on my car after having some work done, but the guy told me I was missing the bolts for the sides of the bumper on the inside of my boot, im assuming he means part's 21-24 in the link below?

If someone could help, i'd like to order the bits asap. Thanks.

As far as Im aware there are no inside boot bolts on the tech 2 bumper

Your link is for the tech 1 bumper.

The tech 2 bumper slides on to plastic runners on each side to hold it on.

well i dont have mtech bumpers but it should be the same as facelift mountings, plastic runners at the side and two hench bolts under the caps at the back that bolt upwards, basically give the bumper a tug, if it feels solid dont worry about it

Oh right, the thing is my car is a Preface lift model but has the M-Tech 2 rear bumper, would this make a difference? Im going to see the guy tomorrow and will probably take pic's of what he's talking about and put them up on here.

Cheers

I have recently taken mine off there are no bolts on the sides of the bumper as stated above it slides on. There are how ever 4 bolts for the rear part one is in the boot near the battery, the other 3 are up underneath the rear valance if you lay on your back you can see them fairly easily.

Thanks Midnight, I think that's what he was talking about, they should fit on the inside to secure them?
