Check the wheels are round too
, my vibrations were caused by two sqaurer than they should have been wheels. No matter how many weights they tried
did not want to run true. Other than that check there is no play in the suspension, steering and brake areas, a fooked ball joint on mine gave me some weird steering feedback.

are the wheel mating faces clean, are the spigots ok.
The wheel could be as straight as you like but if it's not sitting squarely on the hub it will wobble like a good un.
also, if the wheela are aftermarket and the correct spigots haven't been used the wheel can possibly run out of round, but the garage that balanced the wheels should have spotted that.

Probably won't be, but check the steering rubber universal joint.
Other than that swap the front and rear wheels over and see if its still doing it.

Spigots are either plastic or metal rings (metal ones better) that fit over the centre of the hub, they take up the space between the hub and the wheels mounting flange if you get what I mean.
It makes the wheel sit centrally on the hub rather than moving up and down if you look at the wheel from the side.

I would try an aftermarket wheel specialist. Or failing that, Halfords
Basically anywhere that sells alloy wheels should have them or be able to get them.
I can't remember how much they are, I can't see it being very much, probably Ԛ£20 or something for a set
