very stupid question.. what tyre pressure for 205/40/17

hello everybody

does anyone know the

correct/recomended (sp) tyre pressure for 205/40/17 front and back??

I only run 28 front and 30 rear but that is on 225/45/17

i just been puttin 30 but had 34 and 36 in when i got the wheels???

some one told me to put in 22psi all around

If u want to replace them in 500 miles coz u destroyed the side walls..... min 28 psi

run standard tyre pressures imo

i run 33psi in my 205/50/16's

I run 36psi front and 34psi rear in the touring same size of tyre.

Try it and see but I would say 32psi front and 30 in the rear. If you think it feels strange try changing it a little.
