time for an update,
i disconnected the ICV & blocked the pipe from the inlet elbow & the TB, engine wouldn't start just rutned over coughed & shut off,
then reconnected the ICV & tried again, before i even had a chance to apply a little throttle the revs shot up to 3K again, shut it off straight away.
really have no idea what this could be.
