Did you have success fitting the modified Demister switch?
I have tried the same mod but with no success. I have added the new wire from the hazard switch to the demister, which supplies the voltage OK when lights are turned on, but the demister does not light up when lights are turned on. I have tried the modified switch in the hazard socket and it works OK. Basically I am now stumpped, any ideas?
