The fan works on full blast but not on the slower settings. It did work until the bad weather so suspect connectors. Where are the connectors and what usually goes wrong?

where does the resistor pack live. Is it on the blower unit?

Open the glovebox, remove the black plastic cover on the right hand side; the resistor lives just above the heater inpt valve.
