looking for advice on the diffent options i have for wiring up the centre console batt,oil,engine temp clocks in a m3
have seached the posts but can't find anything

Hi mate . . .(everyone correct me if i'm wrong??) 
The battery goes to one of your live wires, preferably your ignition live on your steering coloum and connect the other to a good earth.
Oil temp . . there are several options?? if you have an oil cooler then there are a couple of adaptors that you can buy ( I know Demon Thieves sell them) that connect onto the hoses (again you have an option of putting i before the oil runs into the cooler or after) another option is a sandwich plate (but I'm not sure if they do them for the E30's??), that goes onto your oil filter which has several adaptors for connecting to your oil temp guage.
