the heater blower doesnt seem to be letting out much air, and it not really that hot either, 1st thought the motor could be knackered but when i opened the cover on the bulk head it was powerful enough, its just not coming through the vents stong or really as hot as it should be, any ideas

You can get at them by taking off the covers under the dash at one side or the other, but it's easier with the dash out.

checked the sliders, all the cables open and close so definate it not that now, its wierd, cause im starting to think the heater motor aint pushing enough air, but it sounds loud enough on number 4. not sure cause its not very load on 1 and 2.

Do both the heater pipes under the bonnet get as hot as the other coolant pipes, and are they on the right way around? (Pipe from the back of the cylinder head goes to the bottom stub).
