m20 turbo conversion

hiya chaps, had the e30 on the rd for a while now, mechanically sweet as a nut, body workd done, now am looking to take the engine out and create an m20 tubby, any one here got a parts list? fitting guid? write up? what invalved regarding ecu matters?? i have ahd a peek but the post post have only skimmed over the topic.
