Rushing liquid sound coming from offside front

Hi there

Couple of day's ago an odd noise developed from the front left of the car when pulling away, and under acceleration generally.
Is sounds like a fluid rushing backwards when the car pulls under any severity of acceleration.
Anyone got any idea's, had the same problem?

check the drain holes in the sill and door arnt blocked

Offside is the drivers side, so its on the left as you look at it from the front? As above, sounds like there's water in a cavity.

Sorry. No I wrote the wrong thing. I meant nearside, as in closest to the curb.
