This looks better although it costs more but you shouldn't go far wrong with Bosch I wouldn't have thought.

Looks good for the money! Bit odd that he lists them at different prices with different carriage rates, all adding up to £75 in the end!BadDave wrote:http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... B:TB18:UK5:
Looking through the shop list, I see you can have a 'lifetime' guarantee for a few more pounds, and also that he lists bi-xenons with a tilt mechanism.
Anyone fancy being a guinea pig for these?

Problem is that xenons aren't realy supposed to be switched on and off frequently - hence the tilting bulb mechanism.BadDave wrote: Might just order another pr for main beam as well

only problem I can see is getting a replacement bulb if you evern need one. "normal" HID bulbs can be picked up on EBAY for reasonable money, but the "hybrid" bulb will be hard to get hold off if you need one.
just a thought....

I've modified a couple of projectors to take standard D2S bulbs, but it would be simpler to use these hybrid bulbs.UweM3 wrote:only problem I can see is getting a replacement bulb if you evern need one. Anyone ever seen them listed separately anywhere?

They're not fakes; they're made by Boschhk, which just happens to be a company with a very similar logo and name to a well known European company.
I can't decide if I want to go for the 8K or 10K Xenons. I've got CCFL ring's in my lamp's which is making me want to choose the 8K for A hint of blue so the rings and the bulbs work well together, any suggestions?

the higher up the spectrum you go, the less intense the light is - i would personally stick to 6k

4300K is considerably brighter than 6000K, and far less council.
