Top strut mounts

Got slight movement on front off side strut,when jacked up.

Feels slightly unstable at motorway speed.

Also the other day I was parked at the services and noticed that the clearance was lower by about a 1/4 inch than nearside.
A few bounces and appeared to unstick itself.

I think it could be the top strut mount deaded.Watcha think?

P.S. Springs and dampers are only 8 months old.

Hard to say but ive yet to see a dead front top mount.
