oil coming out the FPR?

It won't be coming out of your fpr but going into it via the vacum hose.
Engine conversions, Auto to manual conversions, parts, servicing etc etc... For anything e30 call 07718 901737

Use a clear piece of pipe then you can see which way the oil/fuel is going.
There is NO nucleus.
