M40 which oil is best.

What oil do you recommend on a sweet M40 with 140k FSH on it,new cam 44k ago.

Also what oil would you recommend on a M40 with 107K on it, Cam shaft sounds like a bag of nails.

On both these engines I am gonna change the oil spray bar over the top and flush first with engine flush before dropping the oil.

I belive mineral oil or semi sythetic is best????

Any advice??

if it had a new cam 44k ago it would be worn by now.
