Easy to change.
Simply remove the plug(think its 22mm) which is located on the drivers side of the engine near the front.Old tensioner will pop out.Renew the copper washer on the plug, pop in the new tensioner and refit the plug.
Fire the engine up and let it idle for a short while to build up pressure!
Job done :)

Welcome to the zone!
