I've never taken apart fof lamps but I'd imagine the same applies for those as headlamps.
I used a heat gun, lots of time, patience and care with a flat bladed screwdriver.
I've heard of people putting them in ovens but I think it would make it more tricky as it will heat up everything and more risk of burning your fingers!
Are you doing the 'smoked Hella' mod?

I just did mine the other week, remove the lights from the front grill, remove the bulbs so you're left with the metal case and the glass lens.
Either use oven gloves or a tea towel to hold the metal case and hold it under a high grill for about 15 mins per lens then carefully pry the glass off with a small flat head screw driver.
You can tell when the glue is ply-able (sp) as it goes white compared to the dull grey.
BE F***KING CAREFUL when prying the glass off, it gets HOT and it will break if you drop it!
Take your time and its easy peasy
