Can anyone tell me what this plug is for?

as above found it under my dash just tucked up.

Air con and OBC if I'm thinking about the right plug, should be bolted to the side of the ECU

if you have neither option, then it will indeed just be hanging about un used.

Thanks, that makes sense. it was annoing me not knowing what it was, and if it had anything to do with the electrical minor electrical niggles my car has.

Not the right shape , is it Ant? Air con plug is four pins in line.
Don't recognize anything that shape at all!
What colour wires are going to it?

One of the 2 plugs has a single red/bluewire coming from it and the other has a black/grey and a purple wire coming from it both of wich are cut.[

Colours are right, so that's what it is.
