wheel bolt torque setting

had a quick look on here but couldnt find it, I'm sure its everywhere but whats the torque setting for wheels bolts?

thats way too tight! the tyre fitter did that the other day to my touring and i had a puncture a week later, one of the wheel nuts snapped un doing it

thats what the book says.

I never torque them up, I simply stand on the wheel brace until they are tight.

But the guy wanted the torque setting, and i gave him it.

It said in the autodata 90-110NM. Have or are you going to used coper grease 2 save the wheels and bolts geting seized?
If you need any techical data i can help ive got the auto data cd on my pc.

Tighten it till you hear the first crackle (metal to metal noise). That way you won't have any problems to undo them if you don't have a torque wrench.

110nm is the correct torque if you go to much over the theads start to stretch and weaken, copper grease can cause hydrulic lock and give incorect torque

110Nm is correct - its in the owner's handbook that came with the car, under wheelchanging.
