towing point on m3

hi all can anyone tell me why their is no place in my front bumper to put a towing eye????????????????? iknow that all e30 have them in behind the small blank square in the front bumper. but in behind them in m3 their is a nut on both sides holding on the bumper and no place for a towing eye, any help please??????????????????????????

The towing eye is behind the large blanking plate (just to the side of the front fog lamp) in the bumper on the passenger side.
